Partners greetings
One of our partners sometimes asks Lyon International to welcome a group of visitors. The association will then ask its members to choose when and how many people then wish to welcome among a list of possible dates. At this point, members can be more specific on some criterias (date, number of people, spoken languages…).
Individual greetings
The association can also invite its members to welcome one or more visitors (usually two), who then express their preferences and decide on a date. The future guests are then informed by us.
How we make the dinners happen :
Our members are informed by email of all the possible dates.
They sign up to organize a dinner, on a volontary basis, and according to their availability, and can specify some specific criterias like spoken languages.
Then they receive by email a short note introducing the future guests they will welcome for dinner, and containing the necessary contact informations. An appointment is then officialy taken for the dinner.
